Anatomy of a Scam

The Better Business Bureau of Arkansas has compiled a list of the ‘most popular’ scams that are plaguing our State today.

The attached file, entitled Anatomy of a Scam, provides a brief flow chart depicting the process of a scam and the warning signs to look for if you are dealing with a person or business with which you are unfamiliar. The article also lists the TOP SCAMS of today with a brief definition of the scams, some probable targets, and the probable outputs.
